A few things to know.
What can I upload?
CSV, Excel, PDF, text, Word documents, or saved email files. Submit up to 10 files with a combined size of 15 MB at a time. Upload tray and instrument information only, with no patient information.
Can each facility have its own organization?
Yes. Each organization has its own workspace, submissions, and team roles. Organization admins manage their users. Authorized Cynch Trays super admins can support all organizations.
Is registration really free?
Yes. You can register, verify your email, create your organization, and submit tray lists without a credit card. A paid subscription starts only through a separate service order.
Does the site determine whether a tray is sterile?
No. This launch supports account setup and tray-list onboarding. Sterilization tracking and processing are planned for the next phase. Your qualified personnel remain responsible for validated procedures and release decisions.
Do you track visitors or use advertising cookies?
No. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies or track anonymous visitors. We use a necessary cookie only to keep signed-in users authenticated. Infrastructure providers may process technical request data for delivery and security.
Who is the service intended for?
Adult professional users age 18 and older. Cynch Trays does not market to minors or market to or target individuals in the European Union.
