Current launch status

Cynch Trays currently supports free registration, email verification, organization setup, admin and user roles, team invitations, file uploads, pasted tray-list emails, and plan/payment preferences. Submitted lists are stored for onboarding. Automated extraction, tray catalog creation, sterilization-cycle recording, validation, clinical release, payment collection, and invoice issuance are not active. No placeholder workflow should be treated as an operational record.

Clinical and sterilization disclaimer

The service is administrative software, not a sterilizer, sterility test, medical diagnosis, medical advice, or substitute for validated reprocessing procedures. It does not determine sterility or authorize release for clinical use. Follow manufacturers’ instructions and your institution’s validated procedures. Qualified personnel remain responsible for instrument inspection, reprocessing, monitoring, documentation, and release decisions. We make no FDA clearance, accreditation, or regulatory compliance certification claim.

No patient information or PHI

Provide tray and instrument lists only. Remove patient names, identifiers, schedules tied to patients, medical records, and other protected health information before uploading or pasting an email. This launch is not offered as a PHI service and does not include a business associate agreement. Contact support before considering a future use involving regulated health information.

Free onboarding and paid service

Registration is free with no card required. Published paid pricing is $349.88/month or $3,778.70/year paid in advance, before applicable taxes, in USD. Annual prepayment saves 10%, or $419.86 compared with twelve monthly payments. Unlimited trays and users are included. PO and credit card are payment options for future paid activation. Saving a preference is not an order, an authorization to charge, or a promise that checkout is already available. Renewal, cancellation, payment due dates, and refund terms must be disclosed in a separate accepted order.

Cookies and anonymous visitors

We use only the necessary cookie that maintains authenticated sessions. We do not use cookies to track anonymous visitors and do not deploy advertising pixels, analytics cookies, session replay, or cross-site behavioral tracking. Technical delivery, security logs, and short-lived anti-abuse processing are described in our Privacy Policy.

Adults only

For professional users age 18 and older. We do not market to minors. Minors should not register or submit information.

No marketing to the EU

Cynch Trays does not market to or intentionally target individuals in the European Union. We do not use anonymous visitor analytics or advertising behavior monitoring. This statement describes our intended market and practices; it is not a blanket exemption from applicable privacy or other laws.

Security, accessibility, and concerns

Report suspected security issues, accessibility barriers, mistaken uploads, privacy requests, or unauthorized access to support@cynchtrays.com. Please do not include patient information, credentials, or payment card details in a report. We do not claim a particular accessibility certification or audited security certification for this launch.
